Christmas Wreath 2011

Although the inside of the house is coming along nicely, the outside of the house has yet to be decorated! So over the weekend I took the first step and made my Christmas Wreath. I wanted this one to be simple since my Fall Wreath took a lot of time to make. So this season is the season of the five-minute wreath.

I got this wreath for $5 (originally $20) at Home Depot Last year at an after Christmas sale. Then I tied twine loosely around and added some pine cones from a tree that went down last week in our neighborhood. { Thanks neighbors! }

So simple ( and cheap). I am starting to see a subconscious trend this year in my decorations - lots of red and lots of twine! Oh no! :-)
